Returns & Exchanges

Your Happiness and satisfaction with your purchase is a priority to us. As such, we have a 10-day return or exchange policy calculated from the time you receive the parcel. However, this policy is subject to the following;

• Returned items have not been worn and are in their original packaging and condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged, defective or wrong order, please email images of the product and damaged area within 48 hours of receiving it and we will help you through the exchange process.
• All products on our website display a size chart for guidance, however in the unlikely event that you have ordered the wrong size or we have packaged the wrong size/ product, please email us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase and we will help you through the exchange process.
• Your choice of either a refund or store credit will be issued, less the cost of courier (R90) to return the item to our Head Office. This cost may possibly be waived from case to case.
